Jordan Legacy 312 ‘Valentine’s Day 2023’

Nike and Jumpman always kill it during Valentine’s Day, and that is going to be the case yet again. As you can see below, we have the Jordan Legacy 312 “Valentine’s Day Flowers.”

Following the floral motif is the Jordan Legacy 312, which itself features the lush pattern on the heel clip of the silhouette. This shoe starts out with a white base specifically on the toe box and side panels. Furthermore, the overlays have a beige twinge to them. Unlike the Air Jordan 1 Mid, this option is far more restrained with the pattern and instead relies more on a color-blocking of tan, ultramarine blue, and a light crimson.There are also some nice purple elements on the Nike swoosh, back heel, and even the cuff. Overall, it is a very nice look that speaks to the spirit of the Hallmark holiday.

The 312 is a tribute to Chicago that’s equally inspired by MJ and today’s multi-faceted youth. Its name references the 312 area code of the city, as well as the shoe’s juxtaposition of the Air Jordan 1 and 3. “I wanted the Jordan Legacy 312 to have the sole of the Jordan 3, because to me, that shoe is the foundation of the brand”, Don explains. “The 1s and the 2s were Nikes first. The 3s were Jordans. That’s when the brand became the brand. I’ve always felt that the foundation of the brand is the 3, but it was built on the 1 first”.
